Comments | Cranmore significantly reduced their night skiing operations this year, now only running the lower mountain South Quad. As a result, there are only 4 novice/intermediate trails open at night. The night time vertical drop is a little over 500 feet.
Spring snow on all 4 trails. No dirt or rocks encountered, despite the warm temperatures and occasional sprinkle. South Slope has manmade snowpack on either side of it, but not down the middle of it/lift line, where some grass is now poking through. The Alley was wall to wall, and North Slope had good coverage.
Not many skiers, despite it being a holiday week. In fact, there were dramatically more folks partaking in the mountain coaster, rides, and tubing. |
