Comments | Great small area with a healthy history that definitely shouldn't be overlooked. It was interesting to learn about the working relationship between the area, which is volunteer run, and the town. It seems like there are a lot of really great opportunities here for kids to get outside and learn how to ski as an alternative to computer games and social media.
Conditions were great, the overnight snow fall was a relief after the past freeze/thaw wave. They have small snowcat but it seems like this hill was alright without a few passes. The beginner slope saw some action, but the main slope was fine without it.
Love that this place still uses a tow rope, classic. |
