Comments | Surprisingly good conditions for the afternoon despite the rain. Managed to snag a dry window on the radar and reaped the reward! Not too busy, saw a long line of out of state vehicles leaving the area while driving through the Quechee area. Only a few side or connector trails closed, but most everything was open. Upper mountain via the summit chair was fogged in when we went up but the conditions were doable. A few choppy areas on the high section of 49er but otherwise fun the whole way down.
Saw a lot of guides out with some skiers who were either blind or had impaired vision, I love that. Very unique system for directing and assisting, glad to see that it is available. |
