Comments | About as busy as I've seen Crotched for night skiing, but not much in way of lift lines. Some congestion in the upper mountain choke points. Parking lots around the lodge and main lifts were full around dinner time. Good conditions as far as night skiing goes, with plenty of loose granular and not too much boilerplate or ice. Wall to wall coverage. Meteor was closed to the public until 8 PM for racing and unfortunately was not pushed out after they pulled the course, so it wasn't great to ski. Trails around the West lift skied well. Wish they didn't have so much stuff set up on the lower mountain. It was difficult to finish a run without having to navigate through a terrain park or race course. Seemed like the issues with the Rocket lift continue...noticed what appeared to be consecutive stops, followed by the lift operating slower for the rest of the night. Also noticed a handful of lights still out. | |
