Comments | Excellent conditions today! Many of the trails were in great shape with few scratchy areas showing up here and there as the afternoon came to a close - most of them naturally being at higher elevation. Walking Boss was still in good shape top to bottom by the time 3:30 came around, any scratchy areas still being soft enough to edge on. Angel Street was in similar shape, but maybe showing a few more bare spots higher up. South Peak was open (yay!!) with truly good terrain, unfortunately with the diamond trails seeing more snow blown off around lunch time than the squares. Speakeasy was great top to bottom, and Coolidge Street was also in fantastic shape. Fairly busy for the morning, tapering off in the early afternoon after lunch. Some snowmaking taking place on Lower Flume. Another good visit to Loon in the books for the season! |
