Glades | 2 glades open: Moose Alley & Reggae. Moose was scratchy - had to be really quick edge-to-edge. My favorite was Reggae - not many trees but lots of perfect snowboard-size bumps for bump practice. Good edging - not icy - snow had good styrofoam feel to it. |

Moguls | Had formed in Upper Crewcut & trail edges. Upper Crewcut a bit too icy for me. |

Food and Beverage | Danbury Country Store on the way back - YES - it's worth it!!!!! Not far out of the way and excellent pizza & whoopie pies. |

Comments | Terrific morning at Ragged - no lines because it was 1 degree. Found my ski mask and got more comfortable with it. Found better layers also - was almost bearable. People started to get there around 11 when a lift line started to form - when the grouping didn't go all that well. IT's not easy to load 6 on a bench, then, unload the 6 at the top with snowboards mixed in with skiers - potential bleep show when you unload but there were few stoppages - YAY!!!! |
