Comments | First time skiing on Thanksgiving Day; nice weather on the lower mountain, but a little cold/windy on the summit. Currently only one way down the lower mountain (From American Express lift, Overpass/Underpass to Runaway to Yodeler Express to Yodeler). Narrow/scratchy/crowded on the stretch down to the Ursa, but lower Yodeler was pretty much wall to wall). A few small rocks floating around. Four ways down the upper mountain (off either Ursa or the gondola). Black Bear was crowded and scratchy in places with a few small rocks floating around. Polar Bear was firm, but fun. Franks Fall Line had a double fall line and was about half width on the upper half and a bit firm. Upper Spruce was also scratchy, but not nearly as crowded. Snowmaking in progress on upper Yodeler, as well as part of lower Standard, and multiple trails in the Snow Bowl. | |
