Comments CommentsSecond Indy Pass redemption was easier? than the first, as I had already been subjected to the Big Brother Entabeni process. This time, I could active my RFID online. Still very frustrating that I'm forced to pay for an Entabeni Indy RFID that works nowhere and then have to pay for an Entabeni Cannon RFID.

Winter conditions this morning, as Cannon picked up around half of powder this week and there hadn't a warmup. Upper mountain skied the nice - smooth packed powder (occasional rocks mixed in - it is Cannon after all) and some unpacked powder on the sides and on Vista Way (not groomed). Tramway skied best, but Profile, Skylight, Ravine, and Taft were also open and groomed.

On the front five (more like 20 the way Cannon counts trails), Avalanche, Rocket, and Gary's were open and decent. Jasper's and Banshee were a treat. Zoomalanche had rocks, as was the case during the winter (it is Cannon after all).

Usual fare on the main mountain. Middle Cannon getting thin.
