Comments | I skied mid-day a few hours just as the rain/freezing rain let up. Groomed snow was very nice, nice corn and fast... it was not slushy or too wet. But ungroomed trails had an ice coating and were not a good idea to ski. The gondola on a day like today was luxury. Few people here today so I skied right on lift. Everyone I met was happy they came out today. Visibility was decent and clouds seem to lift and lighten as the day went on. Glad I decided to go. Charlie went xc skiing and said it was good and it is the Nordic centers last day. |
