Comments CommentsNot much in way of lift lines this morning (apart from the gondola), but the uphill capacity was outstripping the downhill capacity. Folks were already parking on the other side of the bridge by late morning, even though the holiday week hasn't technically started.

North Peak Quad had one way down (Sunset to Haulback to Lower Walking Boss), so it was bumper cars in places (especially where the terrain park was put on lower Sunset - everyone else is filtering through the narrow remaining space). Haulback and Lower Walking Boss were boilerplate in places. No sign of upcoming snowmaking.

Kanc8 had one way down (not full width yet either), expanding to two (Rampasture and Lower Northstar). Lower Northstar was boilerplate in places. Looks like Upper Rumrunner to Coolidge Street could open soon (pushed out, but not groomed; guns still going). Snowmaking in progress on Lower Rumrunner as well.

From the Gondola, Flying Fox, Upper Picked Rock, and Upper Bear Claw were open. Seems like Upper Picked Rock may have seen recent brief resurfacing. Otherwise, some random boilerplate, particularly on the Crosscut extension of Flying Fox. Guns hosed up on Upper Speakeasy and Bear Island.

From the Seven Brothers Quad, Brookway, Lower Bear Claw, and Seven Brothers were open. Lower Seven Brothers was scratchy with some wet snow mixed in (guns going at the bottom). Snowmaking in progress on Springboard and Lower Picked Rock.

From the Kissin' Cousins Double, Snubber was okay.

Guns also fired up this morning on the Tote Road lift line and Cruiser on South Peak.

I think crowd density will be pretty rough tomorrow even for Loon standards, but within a few days enough should open to spread people out to normal Loon density.
