Comments | Veterans Memorial is a volunteer run ski area located not too far from Ragged Mountain. The area is serviced by one of the oldest lifts in New England, a diesel powered T-Bar originally installed at Mt. Sunapee. The area skis bigger than the 230 foot vertical drop would suggest, thanks in part to old fashioned classic New England trails. $20 for a day pass for powder conditions and no lift lines. No snowmaking, but generally decent coverage considering. |
