Comments | Pretty large crowd at Loon today, but the conditions held up very well for most of the mountain. Angel Street was in great shape. Surprisingly the trails over on South Peak were skiing very nicely. Twicher/Jobber and Rip Saw were not skied off even past noon. The North Peak had more packed powder conditions, while lower elevations were more Loose Granular.
The Lincoln Express lift apparently had an electrical problem last Friday and they have been running the lift with the diesel motor all this week. No word on exactly what broke or how long till it is repaired. South Peak had the longest line, except for the Gondola.
Lots of kids due to holiday week. |
