Comments | Absolutely unbelievable today with spring-like snow and amazing views in between occasional fog. Things a little firm to start - I washed out on Rocket and hit my shoulder on the ice - oh well - cautious after that! Front five took a while to soften. Avalanche and Polly's were very fun and edgeable. Zoomer seemed too icy from the lift so I didn't go there. I also avoided Profile - why go there when there are MUCH more interesting trails from the top. This was my first wintertime use of the tram - VERY fun. Ski race training had taken over half of Gary's so I was forced to go down the right side - had an open water bar in the middle that was difficult to avoid. Occasional dirt on the trail from grooming. Sure, Cannon has its glitches but the terrain is just SO interesting!!!!!! |
