Comments | Met Kris at the lift at 2 and we skied until 4. Conditions were stellar, nice loose snow on every trail and we were finding corduroy on the edges. Most of the school programs are done and this would have been a make up week so the slopes were wide open. Skied right onto the lifts. I think it was around 3 the high school race started so Twister wasn't open to the public. Hurricane appeared to be closed, not sure why maybe between those killer bumps it was still blue ice. But the skiing was great, we got plenty of runs in on Twister and FIS before the racers showed up. Tornado was fun and snow was still fresh. Nice it was sunny and 40. Get the goods while they're good, winter is too short. |
