Comments CommentsGORGEOUS sunny bluebird day! 40 at the base, 30 up top. Best runs were the groomers on the east side. Ventured west only once. There is snow there, but this wasn't the day to ski there. Upper Wizard to Slide of Hans. The 8 1/2" x 11" paper laminated signs did not lie. Rocks, ice, trees, waterbars, snowmaking pipes all exposed. It was doable, but I didn't want to go again. I should have tried Talisman. Tried Red Line about 2 pm. Looked better from on the lift. I made it down, but I wouldn't say it was really pretty. Got a "Hey nice job" shout out from a kid on the lift. Thanks Kid! Besides that, the trees were all frosted and beautiful, the groomers were nice and cruisable and the place really emptied out after 1. No lines ever on the green chair. Red chair was 5 minutes only once. Lifties kept everyone entertained with the new RFID guns. No activity on the Black Quad. Looks all complete and ready, but who knows.
