Comments | Despite what the trail report said, Mt. Abram was actually 100% open today! Eleven trails were listed as closed on the report, but they were all, in fact, open. It was a perfect bluebird day, with temperatures in the 20s and excellent packed powder conditions on groomed trails. Ungroomed terrain was more of a mixed bag, with some being firm, but very edgeable, and other sections being quite icy. Cover was generally good, with just some thin areas on natural trails. Glades were generally skiing quite well with good cover in most areas. The mountain was extremely crowded today, but for some reason they didn't run the T-bar. Lift lines were usually 5-10 minutes long, but they occasionally stretched closer to 15 minutes. |
