Glades | Kitz Woods and Buck Woods (I think) were open, no signage on either. Saw a group of kids venture into Kitz Woods, looked pretty thin. |

Moguls | Most on trails with bare spots, as everyone took the same line to get around. Jet had lots under the triple. |

Terrain Park(s) | "The Rusch" (Lower Can Am) had a park that opened later around 10. Nice little setup of jumps, along with a box train on the side! |

Comments | Glad I came today, probably riding on one of the last clear(er) days of the year. Jay still has a lot of coverage, but the snow is going fast. Seven out of nine lifts running, all except for Flyer and a carpet. Last day for the Village lift (nobody rides that thing), and Flyer might not run after this week. Anything lookers right of Flyer now requires hiking, and to get over to Jet and Taxi will also require a short hike too. Jet and Bonaventure have a solid snowpack for late April and had a healthy amount of corn and mashed potatoes, before and during the sun. Lower Northway (Advanced) is getting bare in some spots. The Jet trail seems to have the most snow of any at Jay, it's still really thick after all it's been through. Weather was amazing, view on the Tram went on for miles and miles. Saw Burke clearly and Cannon waaay out there too. Got up to 65 by the afternoon, and was skiing in my t-shirt by 4! Some out-of-country folk here today. Different accents heard here and there. Think they are Aussie's but could might as well be New Zealand or British. All were in good spirits. |
