Comments | Summary of 2 days - Wednesday (4/19) and Thursday (4/20). Great coverage currently, gets cold enough each night to hold in the snow for the day. Lifts open were East Double, SuperQuad and Skyline. No waits at all both days. Timberline might open up this weekend, as the seat pads are still attached (usually a sign that lifts are closed for the season when removed). The snow coverage is great thus far, and hopefully nothing will fry up Friday & Sat. Anything lookers left of Skyline is fair game - if it is warm enough. Patrol took out all ropes and lines during this week. If you're up for it, go get it - but you assume the risk! The Eastern side was closed for Wednesday and most of Thursday, but eventually top rope dropped at around 2:30 for gondola line and beyond. Firm at the top, but great down bottom. Rest of the mountain is excellent too. Hopefully will nice riding for the next couple days. |
