Comments | Hit the last couple of hours until the lifts closed. Nice few people out, nine runs on north peak, ducked rope on upper flume a couple times to ski upper flumes perfect sun groomed corn, fun narrow straight ribbon of snow on the east side to get by melted off top. Upper walking boss was a slushy big mogul mess, sunset upper down to mud, no snow in front of 7 brothers lift to get to the pass reader, brooks running full. Nice and sunny and hot! Wonderful spring fun. And I felt like I had the place to myself. Only crowd in the big Loon Park maybe 30 boys flying off the big jumps. Plenty of partying going on at the octagon lodge! Glad I decided to go! |
