Moguls | Quite a few options, including a section of Royal Coachman.
Terrain Park(s) | Wheeler Slope
Run of the Day | Casablanca
Food and Beverage | Burger and fries were meh (sat for awhile), but appreciated the free refills with fountain beverages. Friendly staff.
Comments | Primo spring day with blue skies, almost everything open, and no crowds. South Branch, Rangeley, and Kennebago chairs running. Modified 10-5 weekday schedule was appreciated as conditions were firm to start (ungroomed steeps were roped to start). Stuck with intermediate groomers until lunchtime, which were all wall to wall and in good shape. Pretty much everything intermediate except for Lower Tightline was open. Did not venture down to South Branch (slowwww lift), but everything looked open. Afternoon was Kennebago time. Great to have a high elevation expert pod with minimal runout. A couple of the natural headwalls (e.g. Governor, Supervisor) were closed due to rocks, but you could hop in just below (either from adjacent glades or from Firefly). Caution needed on some of the large protruding rocks/stumps on Black Beauty/Frostbite, but otherwise they were excellent. Tightline was not groomed overnight, so the headwall was awfully icy to start (but Firefly could be used to bypass). Did not quite make it to Muleskinner, was Casablanca was too much of a magnet with the great conditions.
