Comments | Light dusting of new snow over trails from Wednesday night's system, a couple good inches made for fun playing on West Basin trails. Blue Ox won the blue ribbon for that complex, fun rolls and good grooming. Upper Rumrunner and Coolidge Street created a nice combination in the morning too. North Peak was a windy hot mess, with the wind whipping snow off the trails faster than it probably fell. Flume top to bottom took the cake mid morning, especially after the wind packed powder had been skied down some on Lower Flume. Sunset skied beautifully all day! Gondola was running half speed for the wind. Angel Street was great run after run. Basin Street was a close second with its curvy goodness. Dropline had two to three inches of wet powder, and was a lot of fun. Springboard was also worth mentioning. Still not loving that 8-pack... $45 tickets start Easter Sunday. Closing day is projected for 4/16...git'r done! | |
