Comments | Well before 9 am a couple dozen die-hard Sunapee fans were waiting for the rope to drop and be among the first to ski on opening day. Top to bottom Blast-Off had good edge to edge coverage and well groomed. Over in the Sunbowl top to bottom on Wing Ding, good coverage but some small golf balls in areas but good skiing. Good opening day. I am sure by the weekend the groomer will be be nicer and it is a sure bet the snowmakers will out there working hard to open more trails by the weekend. Yeah winter! |
