Comments CommentsTricky weather for snow conditions (large snow storm, then rain and warm, then a freeze), but things were decent considering. Pretty much everything was open except for a few natural trails (Roy's Way, Broken Arrow, Jug, Lift Line, and a few short connectors), as they were ungroomed/bulletproof. Still full natural snowpack on the upper mountain naturals, while the lower Lift Line had some bare spots.

Intermediate pitches (e.g. Comp, Big Chief, Hemlock, War Dance, Lower Minnie) all still skied fine by end of day, as did novices (Exhibition was pretty good).

Apart from Upper Comp (still granular late in the afternoon), the steeps skied off in the morning and unfortunately the clouds and wind prevented any afternoon softening.

A couple of natural trails were open/groomed - Upper Upper Minnie (may be the last time I ski this before a lift line is cut through it) and Bear Run. Upper Exhibition to Little Spruce was also open on natural, but boilerplate.

Summit Quad was generally only a minute or so wait, while the West Quad was generally only a chair or two. Fun to watch the Cardboard Classic between runs.
