Comments | Last night the adult racing league, aka Beer League, held its Captains Meeting in the Sled Pub, we filled the place and we are set to go starting first week of January. Hey they are looking to fill some teams so if you wanna join the fun call the Peak or email race@patspeak.com I arrived at the Peak at half past Noon and skied for an hour. The Hurricane Triple was running for the first day this season and the Peak triple was on standby--would have opened it if there was a lift line. Snow is great and few people out today so plenty of room to let the skis run but the wind was blowing so hard up the hill I didn't feel too fast. Twister is looking like it could open what I could see was all groomed out. They are making snow crazy and certainly will be opening more trails before the weekend. I find so much Joy on the slopes at Pats Peak during my lunch hour. |
