Run of the Day Run of the DayCascade, it was groomed and skied well all day!
Food and Beverage Food and BeverageAlmost $4 coffee at the summit Peak Lodge. It was good.
Comments Comments I was expecting a sun burn today not a wind and sleet burn on my face. Summit didn't clear u til around 1pm. Though there were a few moments of sun. Lower half of the mountain was brighter. In the morning the groomed snow too sticky. More open than I thought there would be today and lifts running with someone on every 6 pack and gondola and less people on Superstar and North Ridge. Superstar is well stocked with snow but getting thin everywhere else. Fun to ski bump runs with bare spots and trails up high with thin snow...all made possible by the recent snow. Weather today was changeable, snow, sleet, wind and then sun. K1 Lodge now completely gone and site work has begun for the expansion.
