Comments | Snow much snow! Jay was a winter wonderland with over two feet of fresh snow from this last storm. We spent the first half of the day in the woods, woohooing and yippeeing our way back to the chairs. The Freezer, I mean Flyer... was a little sketchy in the morning with the winds blowing the weather out. It was rough and cold, stopping every so often. They shut it down along with the tram around 1:00. Jet and Bonadventure had no lift line coordination which slowed things up once the other two tram side lifts stopped. Lines were otherwise bearable. Attitudes were kind of all of the place, one snowboarder aggressively told a skier “there was enough low for everyone” during the free for all at the Jet chair, and we overheard another guy in line second run complaining “there was too much powder.” My eye roll muscles for a real work out over those two! Get out there before winter disappears! |
