Comments | Terrific next-to-last day of the (Ragged's) season. Conditions were remarkably good. I like the challenge of the end-of-season almost as much as fresh pow. Enjoyed watching the pond skimming contest until someone unfortunately crashed on the landing and left via ambulance - hope he is OK!!!! That was a bit of a downer but all in all, a very fun day with bluebird skies. Only did 1 run on Exhibition but it was getting skied off. Flying Yankee steeps were very fun and bumped up - NICE!!! I skinned up Ragged a couple times before switching back to my solid board and taking several hours of runs. Always fun to skin here. Lift lines were almost nonexistent. It has been a tough year snow-wise but I still really enjoyed Ragged. This was my 40th ski day (including other resorts) - YAY!!!!! |
