Comments | Freeze thaw freeze thaw. Groomed trails were good. Firm, but softer than any natural or ungroomed trails. Any hard pack was pretty thick, sometimes tough to get an edge into. Golf balls here and there, and a couple rough grooms to watch for. Summit lift wasn’t running, except to bring a patrolman up for the competitors for Last Man Standing (skin up and ski down every hour until you claim glory). We saw a couple with a dog, they were on their 50th run. We were initially the only three other people on the mountain until 10:00, and skied until 12:00. |
