Glades | Just about all of the glades were open. Kinsman and DJ's were the only runs not open. |

Moguls | Just about all ungroomed runs had good soft moguls. Lots of fun. Couple of natural trails showing some thin cover. |

Comments | Glorious day with moderate crowds even though they were sold out for day tickets. Lines were at most 10 mins on the Peabody and Cannon Quad lifts. All others were ski on most of the day. Packed powder everywhere with soft snow that stayed dry all day in the upper half of the mountain. A little wet snow at the bottom, but still enjoyable. The moguls were in excellent shape all over the mountain with almost no ice what's so ever. Mittersill skied exceptional well today. Not typical New England skiing. Even with the cold weather moving in it looks like they will come out without a lot of loose granular etc. Temperatures did not get too warm at the top. |
