Comments | I took a couple runs before I went to work with the race crew, I am working the start line on Thursday nights. The skiing was really good. Lots of packed powder and turnable frozen granular on Tornado and Duster. Now FIS Race trail was in rougher shape or what real racers would call Perfect. Slipped right down to the firm frozen granular. Wow the temperature dropped like a rock from 6:30 to 8:30, from high teens to low double digits. Lots of fun happening at the Peak. Lots of school kids getting ready to leave between 6:30 and 7. |
