Comments | I showed up just before lunch time and I was lucky to find a parking space! All the lifts are running and lift lines went from zero to 4 minutes, depending on traffic flow. Race kids left Twister for lunch at 11:30 and they opened it up for everyone! FIS was amazing, soft smooth snow. Vortex chair line disappeared when the race kids went in for lunch. Peak and Hurricane triples had short lines all the time, lifties doing a great job pairing people up in the chairs so at least 2 people were sharing a triple. For a foggy day the Peak was sure hopping! Glad I decided to go skiing for a couple of hours. Truly impressed how many people are out there learning to ski and snowboard. Carpets and the chairlifts in the Valley all running full. Cascade Basin is open but I haven't been over there yet. |
