Comments | Boom Run, Twitcher, and Jobber were added to the trail yesterday. Lifts Open Today: Gondola, North Peak Quad, Kancamagus Quad, Lincoln Express Quad, and the Tote Road. Trails Skied: Sunset, Upper Picked Rock, Flying Fox, Haulback, Upper and Lower Walking Boss, Upper Bear Claw, Seven Brothers, Blue Ox, Rampasture, Lower Northstar, Upper Rumrunner, Coolidge Street, Boom Run, Twitcher, and Jobber. Lower Picked Rock is still not open, but snowmaking is complete and the groomers were working on it today. Snow tower guns were blasting on Upper Flume all day. Lower Flume had some piles from recent snowmaking, but those guns were silent today. Lift lines were short today, but there definitely were a lot more people on the mountain than during mid week Pre-Covid times. Today was my best day of skiing so far this season. Everything seemed to finally have come together, and todays skiing felt close to where I left off when the plug was pulled back in March. The only negative experience was the large number of kids skiing and boarding recklessly on Flying Fox as they made their way over to the temporary Terrain Park set up on Crosscut. Hoping that situation goes away as soon as possible. Weather: Temperature hovered around 32° all day. Snow flurries all day. Not exactly Free Refills kind of snow, but I'll take it. | |
