Moguls | The two main mogul runs, on either side of Zoomer, looked pretty bony, so I didn't ski them.

Food and Beverage | $15.75 for a burger and fries at Cafe 4080 in the tram building at the summit. Service was very friendly. The burger could have been better.
Comments | The result of lots of snowmaking is in evidence on most of the mountain. I expected icy conditions on the so-called "Front Five" (Avalanche, Paulie's Folly, Zoomer, Rocket, and Gary's), but the snow was quite decent. Also very nice snow on the upper mountain. Snowmaking was happening on Tramway, which somewhat hampered an otherwise nice run. Smowmaking as well on Upper Cannon. Run of the day was Skylight off the Cannonball chair on the upper mountain. Nice groomed snow, no people, big fun. Short Fuse was also a lot of fun: steep with decent snow (some ice), nicely groomed. Upper Ravine, Middle Ravine, Turnpike, Rock Garden, and Lower Cannon all skied well. The top of the mountain was in a cloud most of the morning. I skied Profile a couple of times, but seeing the icy patches was very difficult in the extremely flat light. Showed my NH driver's license at Guest Services to prove I had indeed reached free-skiing age. I'm 65 today, and at Cannon, NH residents 65 and older ski for free during the week. The price was right.
