Moguls | Moguls on Plunge. Exhibition had some smaller moguls on ungroomed lower section. Few other trails also had some smaller moguls on ungroomed, thinly covered areas. |

Terrain Park(s) | Terrain park on Lower Tomahawk was open but only saw a couple riders. Plenty of whalebacks in half pipe area so I suspect they will be getting to work shaping the half pipe very soon. Also a lot of whalebacks on upper Tomahawk so I suspect there will be more features and jumps there soon. |

Comments | A little of everything today. Upper World Cup and Timberline had whalebacks and snowmaking powder that was ungroomed but very skiable and quite enjoyable actually. Middle Chief had a lot of marbles but rest was nice. South Face was in great shape and since I hadn't skied it yet this year because of cold and wind or it wasn't open I made several runs on each trail and enjoyed the sunny conditions. Blind Faith and Lower Wild Thing only have snowmaking and grooming on about 1/2 trail width in spots but that was not a problem. Solitude area was great as usual too. Absolutely no lift lines today. Up and down all day. Great day to be out. |
