Comments | I had the day off, so I thought I would cross another area off my list. Hermon had roughly 5 different ways open from the top and they were running only the double. The T-bar looks to be in good shape, but did not have any Ts on it. I enjoyed the classic Stadeli chairlift with its unique paint scheme and the varied terrain. They have a mix of wide and narrow trails. It seems to me like a 1:3 scale version of Mt. Abram. They both have doubles to the summit, and the terrain is very similar. An interesting note about the chairlift is that it has trail maps attached to the safety bars (see photo). The only other place that I have seen this is at Sunday River. It was a fun place for some runs, and I ended up staying longer than I thought I would. |
