Comments | The sun was shining bright on a beautiful bluebird day at Cranmore today. They had a run open from the summit and a number of options from the South Quad. All open trails had excellent cover with no bare spots. The run from the top had some death cookies beacause the snow hadn't had quite enough time to set before it was groomed, but skier trafic mostly broke it up by afternoon. Trails off the South Quad had excellent machine-groomed snow which held an edge quite well. There were no lift lines all day and with a $29 off Liftopia, Cranmore remains one of my favorite early season go tos. |
