Comments CommentsKillington, and New England, are down to one trail: Superstar.

The middle half of the trail was groomed initially (8 AM opening), but was choppy by 9. Different conditions by portion of the trail and by time of day. Initially soft groomed snow, then choppy, then moguls forming by 9:30. The top headwall was firm. Preston's Pitch was probably the nicest throughout. The last 100 feet or so to the lift terminal is one cat track wide.

Apart from the bottom lift terminal, no thin spots are appearing.

The trail was occasionally overrun with people, but manageable by just waiting a minute for them to pass. No lift lines to speak of this morning.

The adjacent trails are roped and no longer continuously covered, but folks were poaching and walking (or just skiing across the mud/grass).
