Comments | March 10, 2019 - Sun. 86 of 86 trails I think, although Fools Gold & lower Nitro were closed for an event. Powder everywhere. 15 of 20 lifts, 3+" of powder. Sunbrook, Blue Bird and Grand Summit were closed. It snowed most of the day. We were able to find a couple long untracked stretches. The snow seemed deeper than the 3" reported especially on Bear Trap. Lift lines were empty except the Canyon in the afternoon. Around 2:30 a light freezing mist developed which coated goggles and clothes with a thin layer of ice. Also apparently the lifts too because they closed the Canyon & Nitro around 3pm. The woods everywhere were in great shape. |
