Comments | Packed powder on machined groom. Crowds were more manageable. Snowed/flurried until 3pm. Seemed more than the 2" they reported. The freshies were nice. They still had remnants of power issues. Sunbrook was closed in AM for maintenance. They got it open at some point which was a nice surprise. The Summit Lodge was closed all day. No fresh water. As per usual, lifts were still stopping all the time and some ran slowly at points. I went up the GS at 2pm and it stopped 5 times. And all were long stops. The only lift that didn't stop was Beartrap at 3:30 pm, and that's because it is real short so the odds are better. But most lift lines weren't bad. Nitro 5-10 mins as a single. BB 20 mins mid morning in a group. Others lifts were basically ski on. Upper glades, NF and Jaws were fun. |
