Comments CommentsDid the last two hour ticket for $20. About an inch of new snow overnight, tilled into the granular.

About half the night skiing acreage is open (but only a fraction of the total day trails open). One and a half ways down from the summit chair and the usual three short runs off the T-Bar.

Ambergris was okay, though there were a few patches of ice lurking. Dorsal was similar.

Both filter into Lower Spout, which was variable...some ruts, some golf balls, some death cookies, and some loose granular.

From the T-Bar, Blubber and Lower Ivory were okay with occasional cookies. I think Lower Face had only one grooming pass.

Some snowmaking whales on Whaleback to Spout to Bougainvillea, but not enough on the pitch to open it yet. No snowmaking on Upper Face yet unfortunately.

Decent enough conditions and hopefully a good start for some incoming natural snow.
