Comments | Decided to get a couple hours in on my way north - was a pleasant surprise. Trails were a bit scraped off so it was fun to find places to make your turns - in the lumps of snow in between the ice. I hate to say this, as it could have been me, BUT, it was kind of fun to watch a snowboarder tumble over the edge of Showboat and complain about the ice - he was OK but he did have to do the walk of shame back to the trail.... :) That being said, Showboat was pretty fun - I just do controlled spins down skier's left as there is usually a bump of snow there. Upper Crewcut and also Pines were also super-fun to ride. |
