Comments | Nice first day out today. Trails were in decent shape considering the warm weather and rain last weekend. Started off with frozen granular then turning to a mixed bag later in the morning as the snow was scraped off. Plenty of boilerplate ice under the top layer of snow. Gunsmoke was the best run of the day but it did have one choke point about half way down with some bare spots. Derringer was very icy as there was a lot of traffic on it. Both Cannonball and Ramrod were "open" but closed for racing. Lots of snowmaking happening today so hopefully they will get some more terrain opened up soon. Ropes were dropped on a couple trails today around noon. |
