Comments | Conditions were great at opening, but deteriorated quickly. Ungroomed trails were still a good time. An ungroomed Nivis Walk pulled a few pulled a couple good punches: one that had us take our skis off and walk for about 100 feet or so and the other in a spot where the cover got narrow enough to require balancing on one ski to spare the other a serious wax job. Good fun anyway. Superstar was of course the star trail, but getting choppy at the very top before smoothing back out. Never had the chance to ski in May until this season, RIP Max Pass. Skied for better than an hour, then decided to quit and hike the trails to bag it as a 4K. |
