Comments | My first day skiing at the Loaf. Now that Loon has closed I decided to make the trip. Today was more Winter like conditions than Spring. Fresh powder, had snowed for the past three days. Windy and cold at the summit. The Superquad, Skyline, and Timberline lifts were running. No lift lines, I had the place practically all to myself. Would like to return again. But since the drive was so long I will need to stay longer than just one day next time. Saw lots of wildlife on the drive back, fourteen deer and one moose. Deer #14 almost didn't make it...
