Comments | An absolutely outstanding day of late season skiing! I haven't had a better day of skiing this late in the season in a long time! Abundant snow coverage on all trails. A gorgeous deep blue sky without a cloud to be seen the entire day. Spectacular view of Mt Washington and Tuckerman Ravine. Temps started out below freezing but steadily warmed up. The snow softened from the base upward as the day progressed. Wildcat is closed M-F, but they plan to reopen next weekend. Today was so good that had they planned to open tomorrow I probably would have had to call in sick for work!
