Comments CommentsTook the morning off to ski Loon.

I think every trail was open, except for the South Peak complex (reopening for weekend skiing).

North Peak was initially firm, which was good when temperatures warmed later in the morning. Walking Boss was groomed, as was Sunset. Upper Flume was not groomed overnight, but had been somewhat recently, so no bumps. Lower Flume had a few grooming passes under the lift, but was otherwise bumps. A few small, random bare spots, but otherwise good coverage.

Gondola trails were soft to begin and a bit heavier as the morning progressed. Generally wall to wall coverage with a few random spring bare spots popping up. Gondola was down for about an hour mid-morning, but back up and running without issue. A few random slush spots, but otherwise decent coverage. Angel Street was nice to start.

Kanc complex was also firm initially. Wall to wall coverage.

Decent weather, despite the latter day forecast. Occasional peeks at blue sky throughout the morning. Never more than a few chair/gondola wait.
