Comments | Super day, the place to be on a Saturday. No lines even by 11:00, crowds were minimal. Ford Sayre was there to practice, we managed to get four runs down the Warden Schauss trail before they got to it. We even skied the course once it was all set up. Groomed trails were awesome, even ungroomed trails were still in good shape without being overly challenging. We skied everything we could on the Holt side. Made it over to the Winslow side for a handful of runs. Last visit around the end of January was tough on this area post thaw. Herman's Highway was a night and day difference from the last visit. A lot of character in that trail. Sat down to lunch just as they were putting a wind hold on the Holt chair. Wind was pretty fierce most of the day, stronger on the Winslow side of the complex. |
