Comments | Boy did we get lucky this afternoon! We managed to get in post lunch and had a short window of semi busy skiing. There was a race on Illusion (Bear Peak) so we missed the window on that, so instead made our way over to the main mountain. We were pleasantly surprised by good conditions and minimal crowds. Managed to ski everything that holds immediate interest (maximizing time on fixed grip chairs), and still managed to make a few runs on Bear Peak. We found the Attitash slalom trail (Trillium) had hardly been touched, with corduroy still!! I finished my last couple runs on that, I mean who could resist! Probably sounded like I belonged in the loony bin on the way down but oh well..happy trails right?! |
