Comments CommentsVery good conditions, and cold but not awfully windy. Really a beautiful day. Everyone's back at work and the hills are empty yay! No waiting for the new RFID system to scan. Perfect conditions and minimal crowds to play around on less familiar terrain. Today's best was between Chase Ledges to Lower Hansen-Chase and Wingding. I had Chase Ledges and Byway mixed up, I thought I was skiing Byway and was skiing Chase instead haha. Didn't feel like a diamond. Upper Wingding was a lot of fun with all of its rolls, fun trail to pick up speed and zigzag your way down to the lift. Blast-off was another contender, excellent conditions top to bottom. Even at 11:45 the drop in was still well covered, with no ice coming through. Bonanza was great too. At 12:00 I had to face the music and go to work. I could've skied all day!
