Comments CommentsWhile Sunday River was mostly on wind hold, Mt. Abram was 100% open with no lift lines (at least on the main mountain). Didn't seem like yesterday's above freezing temperatures did much damage. An inch or so of powder last night made things quite nice.

Indy redemption was super quick and easy. They use this new ticketing technology called a wicket ticket. So much easier than the cumbersome nickel and diming of the Entabeni RFID system.

Even though there were essentially no lines for the main double chair, they fired up the T-Bar later in the morning. One nice thing about that was that it wasn't as cold as the chairlift ride.

Groomers all skied well, even at lunch time. Some natural groomers that were a highlight included Roundabout and Bullwinkle. Upper Easy Rider had a few thin spots to look out for on the side slope.

Rocky's Run was decent. A few random rocks/thin spots between the bumps, but otherwise pretty good coverage and the inch of powder made the bumps easier to navigate.

Chilly morning and a little bit of wind in the crossover, but blue skies were nice.
